Cancellation policy

This policy specifies how to modify or cancel your orders at SIWARA PARIS.

CANCELLATION OF A REGULAR ORDER

Before shipping

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order:

  • Via your customer account: Log in to your SIWARA PARIS account and access your orders
  • By email: Contact us immediately at contact@siwaraparis.fr indicating your order number
  • By phone: Call us at 09.83.22.39.52

Once your cancellation request is validated, you will be fully refunded within 14 days to the payment method used when placing the order.

After shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it. However, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order. You can return products in accordance with our Return Policy.

Order modification

If you wish to modify your order (delivery address, products, quantity), please contact us as soon as possible at contact@siwaraparis.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order at SIWARA PARIS, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available (new collection, limited edition, etc.).

Payment terms

Depending on the type of pre-order, we may:

  • Collect no payment at the time of order and save your payment method for later payment
  • Collect a partial deposit (generally 30% to 50% of the total amount) when ordering, then collect payment of the remaining balance before shipping
  • Collect full payment when ordering

The applicable payment method will be clearly indicated when placing your pre-order.

Availability date

The estimated availability date of the pre-order product will be indicated on the product page and in your confirmation email. This date is given for information purposes only and may be modified in case of production or delivery delays. We will inform you by email of any date changes.

Pre-order cancellation

You can cancel a pre-order under the following conditions:

  • Pre-order not yet processed: You can cancel your pre-order free of charge as long as it has not been processed (i.e., before the product is available and shipped). You will be fully refunded for any deposit paid.

  • Pre-order processed and shipped: If the order has been processed and shipped, you can no longer cancel it, but you can request a return and refund in accordance with our Return Policy (subject to applicable conditions).

Refund in case of cancellation

In case of cancellation of a pre-order before processing, the refund will be made within 14 days to the payment method used when placing the order.

Product delay or unavailability

If the pre-order product is ultimately not available or if the delay exceeds 30 days from the initially announced date, you will be informed and may choose to:

  • Wait for the new availability date
  • Cancel your pre-order and obtain a full refund

EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.

SIWARA PARIS offers you an extended withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of your order, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
