Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Leather goods: Unworn, unused, without signs of wear, scratches or marks, with original tags and protections, and in original packaging.
Cosmetic products: Unopened, unsealed, with security seal intact, and in original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, you have two options:
Option 1: Self-service return (recommended)
• Log in to your customer account on our website • Access your orders • Click "Request a return" on the relevant order • Select the product(s) to return and the reason • You will automatically receive return instructions by email
Option 2: By email
• Contact us at contact@siwaraparis.fr • Provide your order number and the product(s) to return • We will send you instructions within 48 hours

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs are your responsibility, except in the following cases:
• Defective or damaged product upon receipt • Our error (wrong product sent)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers located in the United Kingdom:
• Return costs are your responsibility • Return period: 30 days after receipt • Return address: SIWARA PARIS, Returns Department, 54 Rue Jean Pierre Timbaud, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France • We recommend using a tracked delivery service • You are responsible for customs formalities for the return • Any customs fees for the return are not refunded • Important: Clearly mark "RETURNED GOODS" on the package to facilitate customs clearance
For customers located outside France and outside the United Kingdom:

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and remedy it.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
In case of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product:
• You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the French Consumer Code
• Return costs are entirely at our expense
• You will be refunded or the product will be replaced according to your choice
• For questions relating to product liability, please consult Article 4 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale
SIWARA PARIS is covered by Professional Liability Insurance (see our Legal Notice for details).
To report a defective product, contact us immediately at contact@siwaraparis.fr with photos of the defect.
EXCEPTIONS OR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Opened or unsealed cosmetic products: For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed. Only unopened cosmetic products in their original sealed packaging can be returned. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed cosmetic products for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Worn or used leather goods: Leather goods showing signs of use, wear, scratches, stains, or damage cannot be returned.
Personalized leather goods: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved leather goods cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect.
Other exceptions: We also do not accept returns of perishable products, hazardous products, flammable liquids, gases, promotional items, or gift cards.
Exception: Defective or damaged products upon receipt can be returned even if opened. Return costs are then our responsibility.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European legislation (which requires a minimum of 14 days) and our commercial policy, we offer you an extended withdrawal period of 30 days to cancel or return your order, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: In accordance with European regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed cosmetic products for hygiene and health protection reasons.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refund amount:
Complete order return:
• Price of all returned product(s) • Initial standard shipping costs (if you chose standard delivery) • If you chose express or premium delivery, only the standard delivery amount will be refunded, not the express supplement • Return costs remain your responsibility (except for defective product or our error)
Partial order return:
• Price of returned product(s) only • Initial shipping costs are not refunded (as you keep part of the order) • Return costs remain your responsibility (except for defective product or our error)
Special cases:
• Defective product or our error: Full refund including all shipping costs (standard or express) + refund of return costs • Free shipping: If your order had free shipping, no shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
Concrete examples:
Example 1 - Complete return with standard delivery: • Order: 2 products at €50 each + standard delivery €5 = Total €105 • Return: Both products • Refund: €100 (products) + €5 (delivery) = €105 • Return costs: Your responsibility
Example 2 - Partial return: • Order: 2 products at €50 each + delivery €5 = Total €105 • Return: 1 product only • Refund: €50 (1 product only) • Initial shipping costs not refunded • Return costs: Your responsibility
Example 3 - Complete return with express delivery:• Order: 2 products at €50 each + express delivery €15 = Total €115 • Return: Both products • Refund: €100 (products) + €5 (standard rate) = €105 • Express supplement (€10) not refunded • Return costs: Your responsibility
Example 4 - Defective product: • Order: 1 product at €50 + express delivery €15 = Total €65 • Return: Defective product • Refund: €50 (product) + €15 (full delivery) + return costs = Total refund • Return costs: Our responsibility
