How to place an order on SIWARA PARIS?
Add your products to your cart, click "Order" and follow the secure payment steps. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna (3 interest-free installments) and other secure payment methods.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and secured through Shopify Payments. We do not store any banking information on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at contact@siwaraparis.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it.

What are the delivery times?
Metropolitan France: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days

Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free for orders over €50 in mainland France and Europe.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.
Do you deliver to collection points?
Yes, we offer delivery to collection points for added flexibility. Select this option at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How do I make a return?
Log in to your account, go to your order and click on "Return an item". Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after receipt and verification of your return.
