At SIWARA PARIS, we are committed to delivering your cosmetic products and leather goods in the best possible time and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully below.
Shipping Zones
We ship worldwide! 🌍
For cosmetics and perfumes:
• Metropolitan France • European Union (27 member countries) • United Kingdom 🇬🇧 (only for cosmetic products for which we are an authorized distributor)
For leather goods:
• Metropolitan France and European Union • United Kingdom • North America (United States, Canada) • Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) • Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Cameroon) • Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand) • Over 150 countries worldwide
Important note: Cosmetics and perfumes are available for shipping to France and the European Union. Selected cosmetic products may also be shipped to the United Kingdom subject to regulatory authorizations. Leather goods can be shipped to all destinations listed above.

Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Preparation time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date.
Metropolitan France:
• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days • Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days
European Union:
• Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days • Express delivery: 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom:
• Standard delivery: 10 to 15 business days • Rate: £15-20 • UK VAT (20%) and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility and will be collected upon delivery
International (North America, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific):
• Standard delivery: 10 to 20 business days • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination and chosen delivery method. Exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment validation.
- Free shipping in metropolitan France for any order over €50
- Free international shipping for any order over €150
- Shipping costs for the European Union and international destinations vary by destination
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Shipping confirmation
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package in real time
You can also track your order by logging into your SIWARA PARIS account.
Customs and taxes (international deliveries)
For deliveries outside the European Union:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Customs duties and import taxes apply systematically for any delivery outside the European Union.
- Customs duties: Variable depending on the destination country (generally 5% to 60% of the order value)
- Local VAT: Applied according to the destination country's rates (0% to 20%)
- Processing fees: Administrative fees from the carrier and customs
These fees are:
- The exclusive responsibility of the recipient (customer)
- NOT included in the order price
- Payable upon package receipt to the carrier or customs
- Calculated by local customs authorities (beyond our control)

North Africa:
- Morocco: 30-50% of package value
- Tunisia: 40-60% of package value
- Algeria: 60-100% of package value
- Egypt: 40-80% of package value
Sub-Saharan Africa:
- Senegal, Ivory Coast, Cameroon: 30-60% of package value
North America:
- United States: 5-15% of package value
- Canada: 10-20% of package value
Europe:
- United Kingdom: 10-25% of package value
Middle East:
- UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10% of package value
- Saudi Arabia: 15-20% of package value
Asia-Pacific:
- Singapore, Hong Kong: 0-10% of package value
- Japan: 5-15% of package value
- South Korea: 8-13% of package value
- Australia: 5-10% of package value
- New Zealand: 5-15% of package value
SIWARA PARIS is not responsible for customs fees, delays caused by customs procedures, or packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office BEFORE placing an order to find out the exact applicable fees.
For deliveries within the European Union:

✅ No additional VAT (SIWARA PARIS benefits from the VAT exemption scheme)
✅ Delivery without customs formalities
Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport:
- Cosmetic products and perfumes: Secure packaging with shock protection to prevent leaks and breakage
- Leather goods: Premium packaging with protection against moisture and damage
Delivery issues
Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Refuse the package or note the damage on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier
- Take photos of the damaged package
- Contact us immediately at contact@siwaraparis.fr with the photos
Lost or undelivered package: If you have not received your order within the indicated timeframes:
- Check the tracking status of your package
- Check with your neighbors or building manager
- Contact us at contact@siwaraparis.fr with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier and offer you a solution (resend or refund) as soon as possible.
Incorrect delivery address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, reshipping fees may be charged.
Order modification or cancellation
Once your order is validated, we immediately begin preparing it. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@siwaraparis.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible if the order has already been shipped.
Delivery delays
Although we do everything possible to meet the announced delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier strikes
- Peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays)
- Customs procedures
- Force majeure
SIWARA PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. We will keep you informed in case of significant delay.
Holiday season delivery
During holiday periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
